Description
The first days after a procedure are when your gums need the most attention – and a regular toothbrush and toothpaste can irritate them. This kit brings together three products that make oral hygiene easier after oral surgery, implant placement, periodontal treatment and intensive scaling.
What’s in the kit?
- Eludril Classic mouthwash, 200 ml – with 0.10% chlorhexidine digluconate and 0.5% chlorobutanol. Antiseptic, it limits plaque build-up in places you can’t brush properly in the first days. Dilute with water in the measuring cup provided before use. Contains alcohol.
- Elgydium Clinic Perioblock toothpaste, 50 ml – for weakened and bleeding gums. Contains 0.12% chlorhexidine, which limits plaque, plus glycyrrhetinic acid and allantoin, which soothe irritation. Its gentle formula is suitable for brushing sensitive gums.
- Elgydium Clinic 15/100 toothbrush – 0.15 mm filaments clean teeth without over-irritating the gums while they heal.
How to use
- Eludril mouthwash: morning and evening after brushing. Adults – 15 ml in the cup topped up with warm water to the upper line; children aged 6–12 – 10 ml. Rinse for about 30 seconds and spit out. Use for as long as your dentist advises, usually 7–14 days.
- Perioblock toothpaste: 2–3 times a day after meals, brushing gently with a soft toothbrush. Ages 12+.
- If your dentist gave you different post-procedure instructions, follow them.
Good to know
Longer use of chlorhexidine can cause temporary brown staining of the teeth and tongue, which disappears after the course and a professional clean. That’s why this kit is meant for short-term use after a procedure, not for permanent hygiene. Do not use if you are allergic to chlorhexidine.
