In the case of online payments, the order is processed immediately after receiving confirmation of the payment. Traditional transfers require 1-3 business days for the payment to be credited to our account.
Stage 2 - Order preparation:
Our team works efficiently to ensure that 99% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The rest of the orders are ready for shipping within 48 hours. During the pre-holiday season, the order fulfillment time may be slightly longer.
Stage 3 - Delivery:
Your order is already on its way to you! Choose a convenient delivery option from our courier partners. InPost lockers, InPost couriers, DPD, DHL, FedEx, or the option of personal pickup at the OrzeÅ‚ Dental Care dental office (ul. Sienkiewicza 8, 26-600 Radom) – all to customize the delivery to your preferences.
FREE SHIPPING AND TRACKING
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchases. That’s why we offer free shipping on orders over PLN 200. After the shipment is sent, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment, so you can check the delivery status on an ongoing basis.

You will receive a message from us confirming the order readiness and detailed instructions on how to pick it up.

3. What is the delivery time?
Depending on the chosen shipping method (from the moment of order dispatch), the declared delivery time is as follows:

InPost courier – 1-2 days

4. At what hours will I receive the parcel?
Couriers deliver parcels on working days, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the place of residence.
If you know that you won’t be able to receive the parcel during these hours, we suggest ordering the delivery to your workplace.
Parcels sent via InPost Paczkomats can be collected 24/7, 7 days a week.

COMPLAINTS
Damaged Product
If you have received a damaged product, we have a solution for you. Prepare a photo of the damage, a photo of the package, and a damage report, and send them to biuro@apkostore.com. We will take care of everything and ensure that your complaint is promptly processed.
Incorrect Product
We strive to avoid situations where you receive a different product than the one you ordered. However, if such a situation occurs, don’t worry. Write to us at biuro@apkostore.com, providing your order number and the name of the product you want to complain about. We will contact you by phone to arrange the pick-up date with our courier.
RETURNS
If for any reason you want to return a product purchased from us, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the package to do so. Just send us a message at biuro@apkostore.com, including your name, surname, order number, and the names of the products you wish to return.
PREPARE THE RETURN
