• External Service: internet services of partners, providers, or recipients of the Service Administrator

Sienkiewicza 8, 26-600 Radom, with the assigned Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9482636579, and the assigned National Business Registry Number (REGON): 523727272, providing electronic services through the Service, storing, and accessing information on the User’s devices
• User: a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service
• Device: an electronic device with software that allows the User to access the Service
• Cookies: text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES
• Internal Cookies: files placed and read from the User’s Device through the Service’s teleinformation system
• External Cookies: files placed and read from the User’s Device by teleinformation systems of External Services
• Session Cookies: files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services during one session of the given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
• Persistent Cookies: files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services until they are manually deleted. The files are not automatically removed after the Device’s session unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookie files after the Device’s session ends.

§ 3 SECURITY
• Storage and access mechanisms: The storage and access mechanisms of Cookies do not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device. The transmission of viruses, trojans, and other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
• Internal Cookies: The internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Devices.
• External Cookies: The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files originating from Service partners. The list of partners is provided in the further part of the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 PURPOSES OF USING COOKIES
• Service improvement and facilitation: The Administrator may store information about the User’s preferences and settings regarding the Service in Cookie files to improve, enhance, and expedite the provision of services within the Service.
• Login: The Administrator uses Cookies for User login purposes on the Service.

§ 6 SETTINGS FOR STORING AND ACCESSING DATA ON THE USER’S DEVICE BY THE SERVICE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

• The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security of the Device used.
• The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in Cookie files, usurpation of the User’s session, or their deletion due to the User’s conscious or unconscious actions, viruses, trojans, and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
• To protect against these threats, Users should follow the principles of safe internet use.
• Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purposes, and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible to the extent permitted by law for the actions of cookies used by partner services. Users can independently manage permissions and cookie settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
• Limiting the storage and access to Cookie files on the User’s Device may result in malfunctioning of some Service functions.
• The Administrator is not responsible for the improper functioning of Service functions if the User restricts the ability to store and read Cookie files in any way.

§ 9 CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY
• The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without notifying Users.
• The introduced changes in the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
• The changes become effective on the date of publishing the Cookie Policy.
