How to use
Brush your child’s teeth twice a day for 2 minutes, gently and without pressure. Up to age 3, use a rice-grain-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste; from age 3, a pea-sized amount. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles lose their shape.
