Alfa Med Foam – oral care foam 100 ml

During cancer therapy the oral mucosa becomes dry and sensitive, and regular toothpaste or mouthwash can irritate it. Alfa Med Professional Foam is a gentle oral hygiene foam for people before, during and after cancer therapy and for anyone with dry mouth. It’s a safe alternative to toothpaste and mouthwash, both during treatment and afterwards.

How it works

The foam has a mild mint flavour and moisturises, soothes, freshens and has an antiseptic effect. It needs no rinsing, so it’s also handy in hospital and when travelling.

• Flaxseed, glycerin and panthenol – moisturise and protect dry mucosa.
• Sage, chamomile, arnica and rosemary – soothing plant extracts.
• Allantoin – calms irritation.
• Chlorhexidine digluconate – antiseptic.
• Xylitol – supports tooth protection.

How to use

Use as advised by your doctor. Press the pump twice, applying the foam directly into your mouth – use more if needed. Spread the foam with your tongue and gently spit it out after 1–2 minutes. Don’t rinse, eat or drink for 10–15 minutes. You can use it as often as needed, even many times during the day and night. You can complement your routine with Alfa Med mouthwash.

After a tooth extraction or oral surgery, choose Alfa Post-Treatment Foam, which is designed for the first days after a procedure.
